Banjo Bolts

Banjo bolts carry fluid through the bolt itself, which is why hydraulic brake lines, fuel feeds and oil systems rely on them. We supply metric and imperial banjo bolts and banjo screws to your drawing, in single and double configurations.

We hold standard sizes and manufacture to specification when a standard does not fit. Custom sizing is our speciality: send a drawing or a sample and we will quote on thread form, bore diameter and head profile. Our CNC machining line holds the bore tolerance that keeps flow rate consistent across a batch.

We supply matching metric and imperial sealing washers in copper, aluminium and steel. Those ship to automotive, healthcare and agriculture customers alongside our wider range of fasteners and spacers.

Material options cover steel, aluminium, brass and plastic. For corrosion protection we run zinc plating, GeoMet 500 and phosphating, and we can apply anodic oxidation to aluminium parts. Tell us the salt spray hours you need to hit and we will match a finish to it.
