We manufacture metal spacers and fasteners to your drawing, not to a catalogue. Screw machining covers the high volume turned work; CNC machining handles the shorter runs, the awkward geometry and the parts that need a milled feature as well as a turned one.
We machine alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze and copper. Material choice usually comes down to two things: the load the fastener carries and what the surrounding assembly is made from. Fasteners & Spacers Supplier
Spacers set and hold a gap. That sounds simple until the gap has to survive vibration, heat cycling or a torque spec, which is where a machined spacer beats a stack of washers. We supply round, hex and threaded spacers, standoffs, shoulder spacers and shim packs, in the same materials as our fasteners.
Aerospace and defence customers order against release paperwork and full traceability. Agricultural machinery builders want fasteners that survive mud, salt and pressure washing, so those parts usually go out zinc plated or with a GeoMet coating from our electroplating line. Construction and automotive customers buy on strength grade and lead time. Electronics assemblers need insulating spacers and small threaded standoffs, often in brass or nylon.
Our medical parts customers work to the tightest drawings we see, and the fasteners that go into those assemblies get inspected to the same standard as the parts they hold.
