We machine and mould components for diagnostic, monitoring and surgical equipment, working to your drawing and your tolerance. Most of what we make for this sector is moulded housing and machined fittings that have to fit together the same way in every batch.

Material choice matters more here than on most jobs. We work in medical grade polymers, stainless steel and aluminium, and we hold batch traceability so you can tie a finished part back to the material it came from.

Send a drawing with the tolerance and the material you need. We will come back with a price, a lead time and a first article sample before any production run starts. Parts that need a surface finish go on to finishing services, and higher volume mouldings run through injection moulding.
