Precision Parts

We make precision parts by CNC machining, casting and moulding, working to your drawing rather than to a catalogue. The components on this page are parts we have made for aerospace, automotive and medical customers: housings, brackets, covers and mounts held to tight tolerance.

Tolerance is the whole job. We set the process to the drawing, run a first article, measure it, and start the batch once it passes. If one feature needs a tighter band than the rest of the part, tell us and we will hold it there rather than to a blanket figure across the whole component.

Send a drawing or a sample and we will come back with a price, a lead time and a route. That means CNC machining for parts cut from solid, die casting where volume justifies a tool, and injection moulding for plastics.
