A T bolt has a rectangular head that drops into a T slot and turns ninety degrees to lock. That gives you an anchor anywhere along the slot instead of a fixed hole position, which is why machine tool tables, welding benches, fixture plates and aluminium framing all use them.
The shank carries a rolled thread, so a nut and washer clamp the workpiece down. Steel T bolts handle the load on machine tables. Stainless steel T bolts go where washdown or weather would rust a plain bolt. We hold the standard slot sizes and machine specials to your drawing.

We supply T bolts across the common metric and imperial slot widths, in lengths from short clamping studs to long strap bolts, with full or part threads. Grade 8.8 and 10.9 steel covers most machine tool work. A2 and A4 stainless covers food, marine and outdoor use. Where a drawing calls for a head width or a thread length no stockist carries, we make it.
T nuts do the other half of the job. A T nut sits in the slot and takes a standard bolt from above, which suits fixtures that get stripped and rebuilt often. We supply square T nuts for machine tables, slide in and drop in T nuts for aluminium extrusion framing, and half moon nuts where the slot has a rounded profile. Match the nut to the slot width and the bolt to the load, and the joint holds.
Applications run from milling machine tables and welding fixtures to solar mounting rails, conveyor framing and stage rigging. Each puts a different demand on the fastener: a fixture bolt sees repeated tightening cycles, a rail bolt sees weather.
